You may have the option to create a User Account ("Account") through an online registration form, allowing you to receive updates from us and access certain features of our Website and Services. The information you provide during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Freewex Ltd may update these Terms without notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon being published on the Site. By continuing to use the Services, you agree to the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Privacy Policy Freewex Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and handles your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. To purchase a subscription, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You must provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your subscription plan, the amount charged, and the duration of the subscription. Your subscription will be activated immediately upon confirmation of payment.
Once your subscription is active, you will have access to our Services. You are entitled to use the Services on up to five devices simultaneously per subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you disable auto-renewal in your account settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period. You can also change or cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date by contacting our customer service at support@labvpn.com
If you are not satisfied with Freewex Ltd’s services for any reason, you may request a refund within 31 days of your initial purchase. Before processing the refund, we will attempt to resolve any issues you may have.
To request a refund, please email support@labvpn.com with you Invoice ID and the reason for your refund request.
For customers with auto-recurring subscriptions, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date by contacting our customer service at support@labvpn.com
We aim to process refunds within 24 hours of receiving a valid request. However, it may take up to 30 days for the payment to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations while using our Services. Misuse of the Services is prohibited, and we reserve the right to take appropriate measures if misuse is detected.
License Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Freewex Ltd grants you a limited license to use the Services. Modifying or reverse engineering the Services is strictly prohibited.

Your failure to comply with the Agreement.

Under no circumstances will Freewex Ltd, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, members, officers, or employees be liable for any direct, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or for any other loss or damages of any kind, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. However, this provision shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Freewex Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, members, partners, agents, and suppliers, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, partners, and agents, from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of the Agreement. We may, at our sole discretion, assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you. However, the assumption of such defense or control by us shall not excuse any of your indemnity obligations.
To ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our Services, Freewex Ltd has established certain rules that apply to all users. These rules are intended to prevent misuse and abuse of our Services and to protect all users from harm. Violation of these prohibited uses may result in the termination of your access to the Services at our sole discretion.

Freewex Ltd reserves the right to investigate violations of these prohibited uses and take appropriate action, including but not limited to terminating your account, restricting access to the Services, and reporting any unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities.
In the event we receive notice of a Chargeback (as defined below), we reserve the right to immediately suspend access to the Services without prior notice. Engaging with your bank or credit/debit card provider to reject, cancel, or contest the charge of any fees payable in connection with your use of the Services (a "Chargeback") will be considered a breach of your payment obligations under these Terms. Additionally, while we are not obliged to do so, we reserve the right to dispute any Chargeback received in connection with your Account. If we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have maliciously requested a Chargeback, we may choose to delete your Account and take reasonable steps to restrict your future access to our Services.
This Agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. Dispute Resolution By accepting these Terms and/or using the Services, you irrevocably agree that all disputes arising from or related to this Agreement or the use of the Services shall be finally settled by the appropriate courts located in the United Kingdom.
If Freewex Ltd is acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, Freewex Ltd may, without prior notice to you, assign the Agreement and its rights and obligations to a new corporate entity. This new entity shall be bound by the same rights and obligations set forth in the Agreement. The rights and obligations of the parties under the Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and permitted assigns of the parties. Any assignment not in accordance with the Agreement shall be null and void.
In the event that any provision in the Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision. The remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue to be fully effective. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision in the Agreement shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall it be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
